    Amazing flower shop nestled amongst the hotels and office buildings in Baltimore! I was in town for Race Weekend, and wanted to greet my friends who were running the Half with flowers as they crossed the finish line. The ladies went out of their way to take care of me. I felt like I was talking to old friends while they assembled my bouquets. DEFINITELY a class act, these ladies. They were warm, friendly, and gracious and provided amazing customer service.

    I had a wonderful experience working with Avalon from afar. The website showing the details of all of the beautiful arrangements was particularly helpful in making a choice. Avalon could not have been more helpful, interested and kind. The bouquet and halo I ordered for a bridal shower were gorgeous, with the recipient telling me they were "the most beautiful flowers" she had ever seen. I could not have been happier and enthusiastically recommend Enchanted Petals! They are now my go to Baltimore florist!!

    Ordering online was straightforward with a nice selection from which to choose. Because of the short turnaround time between date order was placed and the requested delivery date, the owner contacted me to discuss. It was a very warm and professional conversation wherein I was offered a logical alternative, which I accepted. The flowers were delivered to the church on the morning of the service rather than to the funeral home. All was well; thus, I am likely to use Enchanted Petals Florist again and make referrals to others who are looking to send beautiful flowers for various occasions.

    Love this florist! Stopped in for a last minute bouquet for a college graduation, and walked out 10 minutes later with the most beautiful arrangement I have ever ordered! I had recently ordered prom flowers at a florist from my hometown using the same budget, and received a much smaller bouquet with nowhere near the creative flair of the bouquet I received from Enchanted Petals.
